X45

This manufacturing process is the superposition of spiral carbon fibers (90°), unidirectional fibers (0°) in three layers and two thicknesses of carbon created by two opposing helical windings (45°). These two additional cross wraps gave the name Bias Cross Wrap.
The X45 carbon wrap adopts elasticity and returns to the original shape, regardless of the loading angle of the workpiece.

V-Joint

The V-Joint is made of Bias carbon rolled at 45°, improving the curve and action of the rod under compression. V-Joint Bias Carbon has perfect shape memory – it returns to its original position once the force applied to the blind is lifted.

SVF NANOPLUS

Daiwa's exclusive (SUPER HIGH VOLUME FIBER) graphite construction combines precise resin control with unidirectional graphite fiber to produce a block with maximum graphite density. The blanks are extremely light, strong and sensitive.

Nanoplus

The resin material is first enriched with a nanoalloy compound and then used to connect the single carbon fibers, thus allowing the design of very light and strong pieces.

AGS

The Air Guide System offers amazing lightness and increased sensitivity. The sensitivity is due to the stiffness of the innovative carbon frame that brings improvements in rod control, performance and distance. AGS is also lighter by up to 40% compared to conventional guide systems. Carbon has about three times the stiffness of titanium and high sensitivity that carries sensation in the blank without absorbing small signals traveling through the line.
