The The Funky Lure accepts product exchanges within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of shipment of the order to the customer. In this case, and provided that The Funky Lure is not at fault, such as in the case of a defective product, the cost of transportation back to The Funky Lure will be borne by the customer. Important terms for the approval of the return of the product or multiple products are as follows:

  • The product or products should not have been used and must be in their original packaging, exactly as received by the customer.
  • Any logos, trademarks, labels or stickers that are on the product should not have been removed.
  • If the product has a security sticker, it should not have been removed.
  • The product or products to be returned must be accompanied by the necessary purchase documents, such as a receipt or invoice.

Refund of Money

If all the above conditions are met and there is no question of fault on the part of the The Funky Lure, when the product is received back from the The Funky Lure then the company is obliged by law to refund the amount paid within ten (10) calendar days. Depending on the payment process, the refund may be made immediately.

Important terms:

  • In case of no fault of the The Funky Lure any shipping and handling charges are not included in the refunded amount.
  • In case of no fault of the The Funky Lure in orders where no shipping costs were charged, when the amount is returned, the cash on delivery (where applicable) and shipping costs will be charged
  • In case the customer wishes to use a different company from those cooperating with the The Funky Lure then the shipping costs are borne by the customer and the shop The Funky Lure reserves the right not to accept the parcel.
  • In the case of product use or alteration of the original packaging, no refund will be accepted.
  • Before returning the product you should contact the store The Funky Lure

Product shipment

If you have previously called The Funky Lure store , you pack and ship the package with the product with the partner shipping company. Inside the package you will have placed a note in which we are informed of the problem that has arisen with the returned product if the product meets the conditions for return. If the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation or Modification of Order

An order may be cancelled or modified at any time, except in cases where the order has already been delivered to the courier company. In this case, the customer is obliged to receive the order and then proceed with the return procedure as described above.
