In this case, the consumer is responsible for the devaluation of the product due to improper use. Our company explicitly reserves the right to inspect the returned product upon receipt and to withhold part or all of the purchase price, depending on the devalued value, with the consumer being responsible for the devaluation due to improper use.
As an exception, the right of the consumer to unreasonably withdraw from the distance selling contract does not apply, and the consumer cannot return the purchased product without compensation, in the following cases:
