The already well-known series Prorex AGS for spinning enthusiasts has arrived once again to remind us that its reputation is no coincidence, with its new rod designed for LRF technique.

The series has been designed from scratch and this time it exceeded all expectations.

The Prorex AGS rods impress with their minimal weight and their strong backbone, which maintains the sensitive action of the tip.

Thanks to the integration of nanotechnology into the carbon fiber material, the rods have become even lighter, while their strength has increased at the same time.

Another feature of Daiwa ProRex is that the blank of the rod transmits every movement we make to the handle and you feel this even in the softest movements .

Technologies :

X45

This manufacturing process is the superposition of spiral carbon fibers (90°), unidirectional fibers (0°) in three layers and two thicknesses of carbon created by two opposing helical windings (45°). These two extra cross wraps gave the name Bias Cross Wrap.
The X45 carbon wrap adopts elasticity and returns to the original shape, regardless of the loading angle of the workpiece.

V-Joint

The V-Joint is made of Bias carbon rolled at 45°, improving the curve and action of the rod under compression. V-Joint Bias Carbon has perfect shape memory – it returns to its original position once the force applied to the blind is lifted.

Daiwa's exclusive (SUPER HIGH VOLUME FIBER) graphite construction combines precise resin control with unidirectional graphite fiber to produce a block with maximum graphite density. The blanks are extremely light, strong and sensitive.

Nanoplus

The resin material is first enriched with a nanoalloy compound and then used to connect the single carbon fibers, thus allowing the design of very light and strong pieces.

AGS

The Air Guide System offers amazing lightness and increased sensitivity. The sensitivity is due to the stiffness of the innovative carbon frame that brings improvements in rod control, performance and distance. AGS is also lighter by up to 40% compared to conventional guide systems. Carbon has about three times the stiffness of titanium and high sensitivity that carries sensation in the blank without absorbing small signals traveling through the line.
