In order to improve the stroke technique while swimming and increase the pulling power, effective training is offered with the Zoggs Matrix hand paddles.

With the slightly flexible hand paddle, your hand slides straight through the water in the forward motion, but when you pull your hand back, you feel the full resistance in the water through the enlargement of your hand. The added holes give you a strong feeling of the water.

In addition to the desired improvement in technique, hand paddles build strength in arms and shoulders muscles for an improving stroke performance in the water.
