X45

The specific weaving method of the Carbon sheets includes three layers of spiral fibers (90°) and unidirectional fibers (0°) and two layers of fibers in an elliptical shape, one in the opposite direction to the other (45°). The two additional layers of opposite directions are what gave the name to Daiwa's specific cross-knitting technique, Bias Cross Wrap.

NANO PLUS

Daiwa combines Toray nanotechnology with its own manufacturing process and ideal resin content to optimize the joining of its carbon sheets. The nano measurement of the resin achieves the best density of the blank, as well as greater sensitivity and resistance over time.

HVF

The specific technology involves reducing the amount of resin and increasing welding intensity during the polymerization stage.

MICRO PITCH

Hot paint is sprayed onto the carbon sheets during the winding and tying of the blank, eliminating the need for extra varnish. This process reduces the weight of the rod and increases sensitivity.

Daiwa's peripheral design division has exclusively manufactured gear mounts that incorporate Fuji components for use with Daiwa products.
