The specific weaving method of the Carbon sheets includes three layers of spiral fibers (90°) and unidirectional fibers (0°) and two layers of fibers in an elliptical shape, one in the opposite direction to the other (45°). The two additional layers of opposite directions are what gave the name to Daiwa's specific cross-knitting technique, Bias Cross Wrap.

Daiwa combines Toray nanotechnology with its own manufacturing process and ideal resin content to optimize the joining of its carbon sheets. The nano measurement of the resin achieves the best density of the blank, as well as greater sensitivity and resistance over time.
HVF
The specific technology involves reducing the amount of resin and increasing welding intensity during the polymerization stage.
V-JOINT
The positioning of links that bend 45° is a unique technology that enhances the curvature and action of the rod when pressure is applied to the blank during a jerk or fight. The V-Joint Bias material has a perfect memory and instantly restores the rod to its original state.
