NANO PLUS Daiwa combines Toray nanotechnology with its own manufacturing process and ideal resin content to optimize the joining of its carbon sheets. The nano measurement of the resin achieves the best density of the blank, as well as greater sensitivity and resistance over time.
HVF The specific technology involves reducing the amount of resin and increasing welding intensity during the polymerization stage.
V-JOINT The positioning of links that bend 45° is a unique technology that enhances the curvature and action of the rod when pressure is applied to the blank during a jerk or fight. The V-Joint Bias material has a perfect memory and instantly restores the rod to its original state.
MICRO PITCH Hot paint is sprayed onto the carbon sheets during the winding and tying of the blank, eliminating the need for extra varnish. This process reduces the weight of the rod and increases sensitivity.
