V-JOINT

The V-Joint is made of Bias carbon rolled at 45°, improving the curve and action of the rod under compression. V-Joint Bias Carbon has perfect shape memory – it returns to its original position once the force applied to the blind is lifted.

X45

This manufacturing process is the superposition of spiral carbon fibers (90°), unidirectional fibers (0°) in three layers and two thicknesses of carbon created by two opposing helical windings (45°). These two extra cross wraps gave the name Bias Cross Wrap.
The X45 carbon wrap adopts elasticity and returns to the original shape, regardless of the loading angle of the workpiece.

SVF

The resin content of these raw rods is reduced to a minimum, the carbon fibers have a high modulus. Since the material is very expensive, only our top rods are made with it.
SUPER SVF (Super High Volume Fiber) rods are extremely light, extremely fast in action and very sensitive.

SOLID TIP 

During the tip-wrapping process, the solid tips gradually taper, resulting in a slim tip that provides optimal bite detection.
