The Gara 3000 LD, which is the evolution of the Gara 2000 HF, is an excellent choice for both experienced freedivers and spearfishers. The fin is constructed with an integrated, non-detachable blade that functions as a natural extension of the leg. This design is a special endeavor by Cressi to minimize any loss of effort during the propulsion phase of the kick.

Its unique performance characteristics include a design that provides a more elastic and lightweight operation, as well as the well-known comfortable, elastic, and highly durable foot pocket used in the Gara 2000 HF. The advanced design achieves maximum performance from the materials used: propylene and thermoplastic rubber with two different hardness levels. The blade is slightly narrower (2.5 mm) and longer compared to previous Cressi models, and it is of a soft type with high flexibility. These fins can be used for surface swimming as well as deep dives.
